The Chaos Coordinator Collective was built BY educators FOR educators.
We design everything with YOU in mind.
We know what your days actually look like. You're the one managing six conversations at once, redirecting behaviors before they escalate, and somehow still finding a way to make Tuesday feel magical for a room full of three-year-olds.
You got into this work because you love children. But between the overwhelm, the planning, and the pressure to show families that what you're doing matters — it's easy to lose sight of that.
We've been in your shoes. With over 25 years of real-world early childhood experience — and curriculum partnerships with brands like KinderCare, Disney, Hooked on Phonics, and Highlights Magazine — we built the Chaos Coordinator Collective because we know exactly what you need: done-for-you tools that actually work, a community of educators who get it, and a simple system that helps you show up confidently every single day.
Inside the Collective, you'll find the planning guides, brandable materials, and memory-making templates to build the kind of program families never want to leave — and tell every parent in their neighborhood about.
No fluff. No overwhelm. Just simple, purposeful tools that help you teach smarter, connect deeper, and grow the program you've always dreamed of leading.
Their potential is our purpose.
We can't wait to welcome you into the Collective.
Dream. Teach. Grow.

Our Team
Ms. Marisa
Hello, I have been a team member at Peake Academy for the last five years while I was working toward my degree in Elementary Education. I recently graduated and knew I had to come back and work with the awesome team at PA. I have always had a passion for teaching which is why I could not be more thrilled to be teaching with Peake Academy Digital Preschool. We are going to have lots of fun learning and growing together. Let's get started!
Ms. Cresta
My name is Ms. Cresta. I am a mother of two wonderful children ages 10 and 11 years old. Before moving to Oregon, I was a TV Producer for 12 years. We lived in Saudi Arabia for 9 years and taught in an International school along with my husband where I have taught preschool and school-aged children. When we moved to Oregon, my first teaching job was at Peake Academy! I also became a STEM teacher for one of the leading childcare in the country, and also managed a coding learning center but my love for teaching the early years always brings me back to teaching the little ones. So I am back at Peake Academy Digital Preschool and I'm so excited to be able to connect, nurture and support the learning of your little ones digitally!
Ms. Angie
At Peake Academy I am the School Director, the Phonics teacher and kind of a terrible dancer. I have a Psychology degree from Mansfield University (If you know where that is, I’ll give you a high five). My plan was to take a year off before grad school so I took a job teaching preschool and thought “Why would I do anything else?!” That was over twenty years ago and I still have the same love for it.
Teacher Nikki
I'm Nikki! After graduating from Cal State East Bay, I found a love for teaching while working in an after school program in San Jose, California. I continued my career in education after moving to Oregon, both as an after-school Teacher and also as a Director. Now I get to teach preschool and it's awesome! What I love most about teaching is getting to know all the different personalities and interests of the kids I work with, and fostering a joy for learning in them.
Meet the Founder
We've got a lot in common, you and I.
We're educators. We fiercely love the children in our care — and the families who trust us with them. We chose this work on purpose, even on the hard days.
My path wasn't a straight line, but my purpose showed up early. A few months before graduating college, I landed at KinderCare Learning Centers — assigned to help underperforming locations turn things around. That's where I found my calling, right in the middle of the chaos.
I went on to lead curriculum development and large-scale revenue programs for Disney, Hooked on Phonics, Lego, Scholastic, LeapFrog, and others — impacting over 2,000 locations across the U.S. and Europe.
What I learned through all of it: there is no form of classroom chaos I cannot help you control.
That's what the Chaos Coordinator Collective is built on — 30+ years of experience, national partnerships, and a real love for educators doing this work every day.
You're not alone. And you don't have to figure it out without a plan.
Dream. Teach. Grow.
